TSi designs
and manufactures power protection products for many different
applications. TSi’s products
offer solutions to challenging power protection needs such as extended backup,
UPS redundancy, precision voltage regulation and low-impedance power
conditioning. Direct technical support is available from TSi’s power quality
experts.
Don’t let power loss or surges
jeopardize your important work. Whether you are up against a deadline or
working on the web. Use a TSi UPS to protect yourself against loss of data or
file corruption due to power outages. Use a TSi low-impedance isolation line
conditioner with logic-enhancing neutral-ground bond if you are running
critical experiments where data accuracy is paramount. If you like our service, please let your friends know. If
you have any suggestions, please let us know.

Designed to
provide solutions to power quality requirements for telecom, ISP, industrial
control and medical equipment OEMs, and end users. TSi products are designed
to enhance power quality, extend backup time, provide redundancy and include:
Automatic
Voltage Regulators
Our
voltage regulators come in three topologies: one uses basic
tap-switching technology and is useful for most applications needing
voltage regulation, another is ferroresonant constant voltage transformer
regulation (where the need for bulletproof voltage regulation and
isolation line conditioning is present), and our new electronic PWM
'no-break' voltage regulation
technology which utilizes state-of-the-art UPS technology. This new
voltage regulator (VRp or VRx Series) is
absolutely the most precise voltage regulation technology possible today. Voltage
regulation is almost mandatory for systems going to developing countries
with unstable ac mains.

Isolation
Transformer Power Conditioners
Our ILc's act as surge protectors, AND also work on cleaning up the sine wave
and eliminating electrical 'noise' on the line. Recommended for severe
environments where absolute reliability is a must. The ILc units can replace a
dedicated line while improving system performance. Applications include
digital copiers, medical equipment, point-of-sale terminals, telephone
systems, industrial control equipment and other types of equipment with high
availability and reliability requirements. The ILc Series offers full
isolation with a neutral-to-ground bond, excellent surge protection, the best
noise filtering, tolerance of frequency variations and unpredictable loads,
high efficiency, quiet operation and excellent reliability.

Rack-mountable
UPS and Battery Extension Units
TSi Power Corporation UPS products
are available in standard box enclosures, slim-line versions, and with
optional rack-mounting. Some are available with isolation transformer
output for maximum line conditioning as well as battery back-up. Another
UPS is available with a wide temperature battery, and a built-in connector for
adding extra battery cabinets, for extreme environmental conditions. And there
are also outdoor UPS in IP44/NEMA 3R enclosures for mounting on poles or walls
in extreme exterior environments.
UPS are for where uptime is critical to an
operation's
mission fulfillment. Typical UPS back-up times are from 8 to 20 minutes, to
protect your files and transactions while logged onto the Internet; UPS with
networking capability for automatic shutdown and 8 to 20 minutes of backup
to protect networks from downtime, and to make sure the telephone still
works while the lights are out.
For any small mission-critical business systems
requiring redundancy, you can make use of TSi Power Corporation's sine wave UPS, and then make them
redundant by use of the TSi automatic transfer switch. This is simply the
most reliable and cost-effective configuration scenario on the market for small servers and telecom
systems.

Dc to Ac Inverters
400, 700, and 1400 VA high performance
24vdc and 48vdc
to 115vac or 230vac inverters are designed and recommended for telecom, utility, cable, and
ISP applications, which require reliable, conditioned power. Ideal for those
applications that already have large battery plants. These units feature a
fully isolated sine wave output from a rugged ferroresonant transformer.

Automatic Transfer Switches
These are for enabling redundant use of inexpensive sine-wave UPS, or other
sine wave ac power
sources,
to achieve the highest levels of uptime. If one UPS fails for whatever
reason, the automatic transfer switch (ATS) simply switches over to the redundant power source fast
enough that the load stays up.
ATS are recommended when no downtime from power
outages can be tolerated. Internet Service Providers, critical servers and
telecom equipment, and export markets with bad power would find this
technology valuable. ATS permits daisy chaining with any UPS, providing
unlimited redundancy using any combination of independent (separate) AC
circuits, UPS systems, generator-backed AC circuits, and so on.

TSi Custom Designed and
Manufactured Products
TSi offers a range of unique line
conditioner , isolation transformer (including a medical isolation
transformer series),
voltage regulator and overvoltage protection products while offering
competitive automatic transfer switches, UPS and inverters. We
specialize in custom products for relatively small volumes.
Customization can mean offering special wiring terminals on a standard
voltage regulator product or mean the development of a hospital grade
power conditioner to a unique requirement. We create our power quality
products from a library of standard board designs and an extensive
library of CAD designs. This combination allows us to respond quickly
and economically to many varying requirements.
